The Manufacturing Technology of Reducers

The head of reducer can be made of steel as raw material, and some specifications head can also be produced through steel plate stamping forming process. The shape of trimming die used for stretching can be designed with reference to the size of the head and then use the trimming die to stretch and form the steel plate. In production, it usually happens in the door frame that the body is not in the same line with the head, which seriously influences matching.
 
Reducer has good operation performance and contribution in the connection and application of pipeline, which should be in strict accordance with the standard form. It can be divided into different types and species in specific application to fully show its important contribution. Reducer belongs to one kind of pipe fittings, used for pipe connection of two different diameter, which can be classified into concentric reducer and eccentric reducer.
 
The forming technology of reducer is putting the pipe with the diameter equal to the size of the end into the forming die, pressing along the axial direction of tube billet, making the metal shrink along the cavity movement and forming. According to the size of the reducer diameter, it can be formed by pressing once or more times. After matching all measuring basic frame width is the standard size ±0.2 mm and wood moisture content is 8-10%. Due to the unsuitable moisture-proof measures and the humidity situation, the door width will appear +0.5~+1.0m more than standard size.
 
Reducer is a kind of pipe fitting applied to pipe diameter change. Usually adopted forming processes are reducing, expanding or both, and stamping forming can also be applied to certain specifications reducer. For example: the width of the door with standard size of 140-mm-wide is 141.1mm when measuring width. Reducer should be strictly controlled and used according to certain procedure and principle above in molding manufacturing.
